Ten-man Leicester secure a victory at Burnley

Burnley 1-2 Leicester

Leicester’s 10-men beat relegation-threatened Burnley after a late header from Wes Morgan

Leicester were down to 10 within four minutes of play after Harry Maguire was sent off for foul on Johann Berg Gudmundsson denying him an obvious goal-scoring.

Despite being one man down it was Leicester who took the lead from a James Maddison free-kick after he was brought down by James Tarkowski.

Dwight McNeil leveled for the host soon after. But the visitors left it late and scored against the run of play when substitute Wes Morgan headed home from Youri Tielemans’ cross.
