Dominant Liverpool had an emphatic victory against Watford to stay top of the League

Liverpool 5-0 Watford

Liverpool displayed a dominant performance in a thrashing victory over Watford at Anfield to remain top of the Premier League.

Sadio Mane scored twice in 20 minutes to give Liverpool a great start after a disappointing goalless draw at Old Trafford on Sunday.

The Senegalese forward headed in a perfect whip from Trent Alexander-Arnold, before adding another with an incredible back-heel to double their lead.

Divock Origi scored six minutes after the hour mark, he cuts in from the right, carries the ball along the edge of the box then fired it into the keeper’s bottom right corner.

Then Virgil van Dijk scored two late headers to give Liverpool their biggest win of the season as they remained one point clear of Manchester City, who beat West Ham 1-0.
