Sevilla 2-4 Barcelona

Lionel Messi scored the 50th hat-trick of his career as Barcelona came from behind to win at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan and go 10 points clear at the top of La Liga.

The Barcelona captain, Messi then chipped Tomas Vaclik for his third five minutes to stoppage time, his 36th goal in 35 games against Sevilla.

He set up Luis Suarez for Barcelona’s fourth goal in the injury time.

The victory sends Barcelona 10 points clear at the top, as Atletico Madrid are not in action until Sunday.

Meanwhile, Messi now has 25 goals in 23 La Liga outings this season.
