Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 18th Serie A goal and 20th for Juventus in all competitions as the Italian champions remainĀ unbeaten and go 11 point clear after victory over Sassuolo.

Sami Khedira scored the opener 23 minutes from a rebound after a Ronaldo effort was saved.

Cristiano Ronaldo then headed in a 70th minute goal from Miralem Pjanic’s corner to double Juve’s lead, his ninth consecutive away league game in which he has scored.

Former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can added a third with four minutes to regulation time with his first touch as a substitute.

Ronaldo tops the Serie A scorers chart with 18 goals, he has scored a total of 20 in 31 appearances for Juve in all competitions.

Juventus are chasing an eighth consecutive Serie A title, with 20 wins and three draws in 23 games so far this season.
