Tottenham suffered a shocking second cup exit in Crystal Palace Fourth Round FA Cup win

Tottenham knocked out of the FA Cup fourth round by Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, four days after a penalty shootout defeat by Chelsea in the second leg semi-final of the Carabao Cup.

Tottenham were without two top scorers: Harry Kane who is out on ankle injury till the end of March and Son Heung-min absent after international duty with South Korea. Also Deli Alli is injured.

Spurs were 2-0 down before half-time after a great display by Crystal Palace.

The host scored an early goal as Connor Wickham marked his first goal since November 2016. Then a 34th minute penalty goal by former Tottenham midfielder Andros Townsend to double their lead.

Spurs performed better second half with several chances saved by Palace keeper, after a missed penalty by Kieran Trippier just before half-time when he shot wide.
