Brighton came from behind to deny Arsenal a win

Brighton 1-1 Arsenal

Locadia canceled Aubameyang’s goal to secure a draw for Brighton

Brighton secured a draw against Arsenal to end their three consecutive defeats run at the Amex Stadium.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored an early goal to put Arsenal ahead. The visitors dominated the first 30 minutes forcing two great saves from goalkeeper Mat Ryan.

Brighton equalized 35 minutes after Jurgen Locadia capitalized on Arsenal’s defensive error and rounded up Bernd Leno (Arsenal Goalkeeper) to slot home the finish.

Arsenal failed to tested Brighton defense in second half and the hosts pressed hard for a winner through counter-attack but could not find a composed finish. The draw puts Arsenal in top four with a point ahead of Chelsea who play at Watford 11:30 PT.
