Everton 2-6 Tottenham
Tottenham came from a goal down at Goodison Park to thrashed Everton and move two points behind second-placed Manchester City in the Premier League.
Everton scored an early goal as Theo Walcott finish Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s low cross but lead was short-lived as Son Heung-min equalized from a tight angle after a mix-up between Kurt Zouma and Jordan Pickford.
Dele Alli gave Spurs the lead after reacting first to Pickford’s save from Son, then Harry Kane made it 3-1 just before the break from a rebound off the post from Kieran Trippier’s free-kick.
Tottenham extended their lead t3 minutes after the break from Christian Eriksen‘s shot before Gylfi sigurdsson scored a consolation goal for Everton.
Son Heung-min scored the fifth, before supplying a cross to Harry Kane who made it six.
Spurs are five points ahead of Chelsea and Arsenal, who are fourth and fifth respectively and two points behind the second-placed City.
