Tottenham still have difficult games ahead, they are currently third on the Group B table with three points behind the second place Inter Milan, who will play next against them at Wembley. Tottenham will also visit Spain to play the current leaders of the group with 10 points.

PSV scored a very early goal 61 seconds into the game as Luuk de Jong nodded in a goal from corner kick.

Spurs dominated the rest of the game with 75% possession but failed to convert their chances until Kane scored twice late in the game 78th and 89th win to revive hope for Tottenham, who were on the verge of elimination.
