Lamela, Moura and Kane on score sheet and two penalties from the host led to a nervy ending

Tottenham survived a nervy ending to earn a victory over Wolves after the host scored twice from penalty spot 10 minutes towards the end of the match, mounting pressure on Tottenham who led with three goals just after the hour mark.

Erik Lamela scored the first goal in 27 minutes with a right footed shot from the right side of the box. Three minutes later, Lucas Moura headed-in the second goal from Kieran Trippier`s cross. Harry Kane added the third goal just after the hour mark to give Tottenham a comfortable lead.

However Juan Foyth of Tottenham conceded two penalties within the space of about 10 minutes. Ruben Neves and Raul Jimenez converted both penalties.

The last ten minutes of the game were the most difficult as the host tried to force an equalizer, forcing several saves from Hugo Lloris and Spurs hung on to secure the victory. This moved them to fourth position ahead of Arsenal.
