Son Heung-min scored twice for Tottenham in his 150th appearance as they recovered from home defeat inflicted by Manchester City to knock West Ham out of Carabao Cup.

Son Heung-min scored his first goal season from Dele Alli’s pass 16-minutes. He doubled Spurs lead of the night early second half after taking advantage of the mistake from defender Arthur Masuaku, he rounded up the West Ham keeper, Adrian and slot home the finish.

Lucas Perez had pulled one back for West Ham with a header 71 minutes, but four minutes later Fernando Llorente‘s left-footed volley, his first goal of the season for Tottenham, sealed the victory and set up a meeting with their London rival Chelsea.
