Burnley 0-4 Chelsea
Chelsea eased past Burnley with four goals as Maurizio Sarri becomes the first Chelsea boss to remain unbeaten in his first 10 Premier League matches in charge.
Chelsea were without the extraordinary influence of their top scorer, Eden Hazard, the Belgium midfielder was left out of Thursday’s Europa League victory over Bate Borisov with a back injury.
Alvaro Morata scored the 22nd-minute opener with a right footed shot from the center of the box from a superb pass from Ross Barkley.
Ross Barkley then scored just before the hour mark from a left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom right corner, assisted by N’Golo Kanté.
An exquisite strike from Willian five minutes later made it Chelsea’s third goal of the game.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who replaced Pedro early first half due to injury, added a fourth in injury time to seal the win.
Chelsea dominated the entire game without much threat from Burnley, they moved one point above Manchester City and two points behind Liverpool, who are currently on top of the EPL table.
