A cross-kick goal from Felipe Anderson (BBC Sports)
West Ham 3-1 United
Manchester United‘s failure continues as they got their 3rd defeat of the season. They started poorly and West Ham took advantage with an early goal lead – 5 minutes into the game through Felipe Anderson – a flick pass from Pablo Zabaleta (should have been ruled offside). West Ham dominated the first half and scored again 2 minutes before half-time through an own-goal from Victor Lindelof, a deflected shot from Andriy Yarmolenko. First half ended 2-0 in favour of West Ham.
The tempo of the game changed when Rashford was introduced early second-half, United kept pressing, then Marcus Rashford scored 70th minute from close range, he sneaks into front post and flicks in a corner kick delivery.
Three minutes later, a foul on Rashford from Zabaleta and a defensive error from Manchester gave Marko Arnautović an opportunity to score the 3rd goal. Match ended 3-1. United dropped to 8th position. West Ham moved up to 12th position.

Questions will be asked of Mourinho’s lineup and the slow start of the game, substitute of Pogba when they needed goals, though Pogba was totally absent today. The players look dejected, there is a clear lack of motivation in the team, this could be as a result of the Pogba-Mourinho feud (see below).
Fights like this can only end one way: Mou and Pogba could be out soon. https://t.co/zgtA3t7gI7

Wow! “Pogba-Mourinho feud?” When did that start? I don’t think it was reported here. 🤔
