Man United hits another brick wall in their transfer market


After the acquisition of Victor Lindelof for £31m, Manchester United have  experienced dificulty in signing any other player. The lastest being their second bid for Ivan Perisic rejected. Their initial bid of £26.4m  (€30 million) was rejected and Manchester United submitted an improved bid of about £40m for the 28-year old Crotian winger. This was also rejected. Inter Milan is insisting on £48m for the Winger. Ivan Perisic doesn’t want to renew his contract with Inter Milan.

Ivan Perisic scored 11 goals and 6 assist in 26 appearances last season for the Serie A giant.


Furthermore, United bid for Nemanja Matic is still on hold by Chelsea pending when they sign his replacement – Monaco’s Tiemoue Bakayoko.


Finally, Real Madrid has refused to lower their asking price of £70m for Alvaro Morata, negotiation is still ongoing.
